The Jean B. Migneault Foundation was established to aid individuals diagnosed with ALS who require consultations and follow-ups with specialists at the Notre-Dame Hospital of the MUHC, an organization which sees many cases of ALS and offers medical support to patients either directly, or through other specialists across the province.

The Foundation equally is partenered with ALS Society of Québec, in an effort to provide support via educational and technical aid to patients.
